Our Story

Born from Building DINGG AI

OrchStack started inside DINGG, where the team was building AI agents for the beauty and wellness industry. DINGG needed agents that could handle bookings, answer questions, drive retention campaigns, and generate business intelligence — all while respecting business rules, managing costs, and proving ROI.

After evaluating every agent framework and platform available, the team realized nothing existed that combined visual building, code-first development, multi-tenant governance, and business outcome tracking in one integrated platform. So they built it.

What started as internal infrastructure became OrchStack — the orchestration stack for autonomous business workflows. DINGG AI became Customer Zero, running four production agents across 4,000+ businesses in 15+ countries. Now OrchStack is available for every business that wants to deploy agents that work.
